Wellstar Health System, a non-profit health system and one of the largest integrated community health systems in Georgia. We offer screening mammograms and diagnostic services at no cost to individuals across Georgia who meet eligibility requirements. These services are available to patients at 34 Wellstar imaging locations in Cherokee, Cobb, Douglas, Fulton, Paulding, and Spalding counties. Patient navigators at all Wellstar sites provide culturally competent care and offer translation services in any language. Navigators follow each patient from their initial call to make appointment for their initial screening mammogram as well as any additional diagnostic services and treatment appointments when necessary. All those who come to us for a mammogram are entered into Wellstar’s full continuum of care, including receiving annual reminders for future mammograms and health screenings.
