Hennepin Healthcare System, Inc. (Hennepin Healthcare) is a nationally recognized integrated system of care that includes HCMC, a Level I Adult Trauma Center and Level l Pediatric Trauma Center with the largest emergency department in Minnesota. The comprehensive academic medical center and public teaching hospital includes a 473-bed acute care hospital as well as primary care and specialty clinics located in downtown Minneapolis and its surrounding communities.

Hennepin Healthcare Foundation (the applicant) guides those in the community who wish to support the mission of Hennepin Healthcare to provide the best possible care to every patient, search for new ways to improve care, educate health care providers, and ensure access to healthcare for all.

The Comprehensive Cancer Center (CCC) is committed to providing the finest in cancer-related services through an integrated system of health and social services. The CCC serves approximately 4,000 individuals per year. The continuum of care extends from prevention, diagnosis, cancer treatment, symptom control, and cure, through all related aspects of adjustment to relapse, survivorship, and bereavement counseling.
